Do you ship to Hyderabad and other cities?+
Yes. We're a small studio based in Hyderabad, Telangana and we ship pan-India via courier. We share progress photos and dispatch updates on WhatsApp.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?+
Most handcrafted pieces are made to order in 5–7 working days. Some products have shorter production times. For urgent gifting, message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to fast-track.
Do you make personalised gifts with names, dates, or photos?+
Yes. Many pieces can be personalised with a name, date, message, or design changes. For NFC memory art, the piece can open a photo album, video, or any link when tapped.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, cards, and net-banking via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select items.

Dastaan is a family studio in Hyderabad, Telangana. We combine 3D printing, resin art, and NFC technology to make personalised gifts that nobody else can. Every piece in this shop is made to order — we don't hold inventory of pre-made products. When you order, we make it specifically for you: your name, your colour, your occasion.
The process starts with a WhatsApp message or an online order. We confirm design and timeline within 2 hours. Production takes 5–7 working days. We share progress photos before shipping. Every piece arrives with careful packaging designed to survive courier handling across India.
What Can You Customise?
Resin art — our keychains, coasters, and frames can be customised in colour, motif, and embedded elements. Choose from 30+ pigment shades, metallic finishes, or specific Indian motif patterns. Letter keychains are available for every alphabet. Name keychains, couple keychains, and custom shape keychains are made on request.
3D printed gifts — name stands, pen holders, and decorative pieces can be made in any name, in any of our available filament colours. We design custom shapes from scratch — logos, characters, architectural outlines — for a minimum order of 1 piece. Corporate bulk orders from 10 pieces with branded options.
NFC memory pieces — every NFC piece is linked to a URL of your choice before shipping: a Google Photos album, a YouTube video, a WhatsApp contact, any website. The chip can be reprogrammed at any time by the recipient using any NFC writer app.
Shipping Across India — How It Works
We ship to every pin code in India via trusted courier partners. Standard production is 5–7 working days from payment confirmation. Shipping typically adds 2–4 days depending on your location. For Hyderabad customers, local dispatch is often faster. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For urgent orders, WhatsApp us — we can often fast-track production. We share a tracking number as soon as the piece is dispatched.
