Do you ship to Hyderabad and other cities?
Yes. We're a small studio based in Hyderabad, Telangana and we ship pan-India via courier. We share progress photos and dispatch updates on WhatsApp.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?
Most handcrafted pieces are made to order in 5–7 working days. Some products have shorter production times. For urgent gifting, message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to fast-track.
Do you make personalised gifts with names, dates, or photos?
Yes. Many pieces can be personalised with a name, date, message, or design changes. For NFC memory art, the piece can open a photo album, video, or any link when tapped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, and net-banking via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select items.
