1. Products

All Dastaan products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is unique and made specifically for you, slight variations in colour, texture, or size are normal and should be expected. Product images are representative and actual pieces may vary slightly.

2. Production & Delivery

Orders are typically produced within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping timelines vary by location (usually 2–4 days within India via standard courier). We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout.

3. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Since all products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 95840 92143 to cancel.

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged. Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Customisation

For custom or personalised orders, you are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, colours, etc.). We are not liable for errors in personalisation caused by incorrect information provided by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Dastaan. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
