1. Products

All Dastaan products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is unique and made specifically for you, slight variations in colour, texture, or size are normal and should be expected. Product images are representative and actual pieces may vary slightly.

2. Production & Delivery

Production time is shown on each product page. Courier delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch; remote locations and holidays may take longer. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout.

3. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking. Cash on delivery is also available for a ₹49 handling fee. Orders are confirmed after successful online payment or acceptance of a COD order.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Since all products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 95840 92143 to cancel.

For an item that arrives damaged or an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. You may choose a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order pieces. See the Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.

5. Customisation

For custom or personalised orders, you are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, colours, etc.). We are not liable for errors in personalisation caused by incorrect information provided by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Dastaan. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
