What is Resin Art?

Resin art uses liquid epoxy resin — a two-part chemical compound that, when mixed and cured, sets into a hard, crystal-clear solid. At Dastaan we use UV-cured epoxy resin, which cures faster and produces a cleaner, more transparent finish than air-cure alternatives. We mix in pigments, mica powders, metallic flakes, dried botanicals, and sometimes small objects before pouring into custom-designed molds.

The result is durable, waterproof, and scratch-resistant. Our resin keychains are designed for daily carry — the resin will not yellow in sunlight (we use UV-stabilised formula), will not crack from normal impacts, and the colours stay vivid for years. Each piece is hand-finished and polished to a glass-like surface.
