Where we ship
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available yet — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to be notified when it launches.
Production time
Every piece is made to order in our Hyderabad studio. Most orders are produced in 3–5 working days before dispatch. Complex custom or bulk orders may take longer — we'll confirm on WhatsApp.
Delivery timeline
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–7 business days (production + courier). Hyderabad and nearby areas sometimes arrive faster.
- Metro cities: usually 2–4 days in transit after dispatch
- Tier 2/3 cities: 3–6 days in transit after dispatch
- Remote / PIN-restricted areas: may take an extra 1–2 days
Shipping charges
Free standard shipping on orders ₹999 and above. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking & updates
We send progress photos and dispatch updates on WhatsApp — from bench to courier handoff. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details when available from the courier.
Packaging
Resin and lamp pieces are bubble-wrapped and boxed to survive transit. NFC and keychain items ship in rigid mailers.
