Where we ship
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available yet — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to be notified when it launches.
Production time
Every piece is made to order in our Hyderabad studio. The production time for each piece is shown on its product page. Custom or bulk orders may take longer — we'll confirm on WhatsApp.
Delivery timeline
Your estimated arrival includes the product's production time plus 2–5 business days with the courier. Estimates use Monday–Friday business days and a 5 pm India time order cutoff. Public holidays and remote locations may take longer.

Shipping charges
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India.There is no minimum and no weight tier — the price on the product page is the price you pay.
We carry the courier cost ourselves rather than adding it at checkout, because a delivery charge that only appears at the last step is the commonest reason people abandon a basket — and because our pieces are light but bulky, so a size-based fee would have looked arbitrary next to the product.
Cash on delivery is available with a ₹49 handling fee; pay online (UPI/card) to skip it.
Tracking & updates
We send progress photos and dispatch updates on WhatsApp — from bench to courier handoff. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details when available from the courier.
Packaging
Resin and lamp pieces are bubble-wrapped and boxed to survive transit. NFC and keychain items ship in rigid mailers.
