FAQ

Personalised gifts: questions

What can I personalise?

Name pieces take a name, initials or a short message, typed on the product page before you order: name stands, name plates and name keychains. Photo pieces such as the lithophane photo lamp are made from a photo you send us on WhatsApp after ordering. Most pieces also let you pick the colours.

How do I send my photo?

Order the piece, then send the photo on WhatsApp. Clear, well-lit photos with faces close to the camera work best. Not sure about yours? Send it before ordering and we will tell you honestly how it will come out.

Does personalisation cost extra?

No. The name or photo is included in the listed price, and delivery is free across India. Anything beyond the on-page options gets a quick quote on WhatsApp.

How long does a personalised gift take?

Each piece is printed to order in our Hyderabad studio. The product page shows its making time and an estimated delivery date for your PIN code, and we send WhatsApp updates from printing to dispatch.

Can you make something fully custom from my idea?

Yes. If you have a 3D file, use Print Your Design to upload it and see the price instantly. For an idea, sketch or photo, message us on WhatsApp and we design it for you.
