Made to order
All Dastaan products are handcrafted after you place an order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong colour preference chosen at checkout, or minor handmade variations.
When we replace or refund
We will replace or refund (your choice) if:
- The item arrives damaged in transit — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video
- We sent the wrong item — report within 48 hours with photos
Non-returnable
- Personalised items (names, dates, custom text, photo lamps, NFC links you provided)
- Custom orders made to your specification
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before production starts. WhatsApp us immediately at +91 95840 92143 with your order number.
How to request a return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number
- Share clear photos of the damage and packaging
- We'll confirm eligibility within 1 business day
- Approved cases: free replacement shipped, or refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
