It is made to order, so it takes 3–4 working days in our Hyderabad studio, then 2–4 days in transit — about 5–8 days to most Indian cities. You will get WhatsApp updates at each stage.
What is the delivery charge on the Elephant Family Showpiece?
None — delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. The price you see is the price you pay. Cash on delivery is available for an extra ₹49 handling fee.
Is this handmade or mass produced?
Every piece is made to order in our own studio in Hyderabad — nothing is held in bulk stock. That is why it takes 3–4 days, and why small variations in finish are normal rather than defects.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake or refund it. Because items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — but anything damaged in transit is our problem, not yours.
