Every piece is made to order in our own studio in Hyderabad — nothing is held in bulk stock. That is why it takes 3–4 days, and why small variations in finish are normal rather than defects.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake or refund it. Because items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — but anything damaged in transit is our problem, not yours.
